i am have trouble with updating the xtractor xt-3 ive installed the drivers and flash updater made sure usb link is on power up device with button 3 on red led lights up but the flash updater program cant find the xtractor
any help would be great.

there should be no reason to update since they are all on current firmware

Hello,

I receive my Xtractor 3, and when I want to upgrade it, this not work, Ok ok its no resason to update it because its on curent firmware, BUT if I want to change the Button assignment? the Xtractor 3 Flash upgrade program do not view (find) the xtractor.

I testet on 5 laptops, 3 xp (diferents SP) 1 vista and 1 seven full US english langage from scrach and never works.(all in 32bit os)
I test with the lisard 360 (buy togueder with the xtractor) and works fine! but not the xtractor.(the xtractor works but not the recognition by the os)
The drivers are working : (com recognize fine and lizard work fine)
the usb are working : led's are lighting
U3 button are pressed during all time : (orange led are visible, but goin when dont push, are visible 3 seconds only when i dont press all the time)
The Com port are selected correctly
I tested diferents speeds
never recognize :'(

Can you help me? or is broken (its new!) (sorry for my poor english I'm Belgian XD)

Hello, I have a responce now, I command a 2nd Xtractor and this time I have a 3.4 PCB version and the flash works and my PC recognice it now.

it seems the version 3.3 of the motherboard do not work for me, the version 3.4 do not have a jumper for the usb select and do not have the tx/Rx switch to, but works fine ^^
