ERR Not 0x72: 51

Hey guys, Im trying to flash a slim drive, but whenever I try to MTK the drive, I get the following error: ERR Not 0x72: 5.
no matter how many times I try, I get the same error, even when I try with a phat liteOn. I flashed a console last week and I didnt have this problem. Any Ideas?

Can anyone help? I have a customers console and I need to get this sorted out ASAP. I havent touched my Lizard since its last use, Its just been sitting in its box.

have you tried slim key read?  Differnt SATA Cable, differnt USB cable? Differnt Power supply?

we cant help wihtout more detials and more troublshooting on your part
